October 16, 1944: Aircraft Warning Service Station "Yoke 4-5" was inactivated. The station utilized existing facilities owned by the Mt. Baker National Forest. The AWS contributed very little to the site improvements. Upon the deactivation the Forest Service retained the site for continued use as a fire detection point. (Report of AWS Stations, May 1, 1944)
